In November 2013 Anderson Valley Land Trust sponsored a series of workshops on the inter-generational transfer of working land, providing an opportunity for AVLT to reach out to farmers, ranchers, and timberland owners. Planning and carrying out the steps for the transition of land ownership honors the landowners’ lifetime legacy of work on the land that grows our food and wood, as well as providing open space. The links below will enable you to access the educational material from the workshops.

If you would like to know how a conservation easement might benefit the future of your land and estate plan, please call the AVLT office at 707-895-3150 or email us with the download forms below.
